RODRIGUES MUSIC & SERVICE CENTER N.V. is a retail company incorporated in 1981, that originally started importing and selling music equipment to the different bands and groups,churches and musicians on the island of Curacao and also exporting to different island of the Netherlands Antilles.

The company was founded in 1980 by Raphael R.G.Rodrigues who is the Managing Director of the company and Jonathan J. Rodrigues as sub-Director, and Jorge Luna Cortina as chief Engineer in our repair section.

Since 2000,RODRIGUES MUSIC & SERVICE CENTER N.V. open their "repair" and "service" branch. We repair all kinds of Musical Instruments, Digital Cameras,Monitor Screen,Flatscreen,Power Amplifiers,Mixers,Microphones,Karaoke machines,Broadcasting Equipment,DAT Machines,Keyboards and a lot more............................

Being in the Music Instrument business for well over 25 years,RODRIGUES MUSIC & SERVICE CENTER N.V. developed different relationships with Instrument-makers all over the world. This has led RODRIGUES MUSIC & SERVICE CENTER N.V. to establish contacts with suppliers of Music Instrument as far as the People's Republic of China,Mexico,Panama,Europe,Latin America and U.S.A.

HISTORY 

Since childhood it was obvious that Raphael Rodrigues was musically gifted.At young age he started his own music band,playing in the several clubs and hotels on the island during weekend,while going to school during the week. His band became quite known and they even produced L.P.,Cassete and CD's. After finishing school Raphael went to work, but still played with his band during the weekends,mostly in hotels. During this period as a bandleader he came in contact with a lot of Importers of Music Instruments. He was always taken a back with the high prices these companies used to charge for the music instruments. And once you bought the Instruments, the after sales service was very lousy. To repair the instruments they had to be shipped International most of the time, and it would take weeks, months before you could get your instrument back and the prices charged to repair the instruments ,was sky high. This inspired Raphael to start his own Music Instruments Import business. Started as a one man company out of a spare room in his house,he soon caught on with the ins and outs of the business. He went to several workshops from different factorys,and also became Recording Engineer/Sound Engineer in 1992 and also obtain several Diplomas in Reconing Speakers and Rebuilding Speakers, Processor Calibration, Technical Training Level 1, Electronic Technician Level 1 and more. With this experience in all these material, makes RODRIGUES MUSIC & SERVICE CENTER N.V. one of the best repair and retail store on the island.
